Supplies: Handwoven fabric for sweater; warp and weft yarns; "muslin sweater" (sample sweater constructed of commercial fabric similar in weight to woven fabric, or an old sheet); tape measure; scissors; sewing thread; needles; pins; "Seams Great" nylon bias edge finish (opt.); interfacing (opt.); shoulder pads (opt.); 5 safety pins; desired embellishments (buttons, beads, linings, found objects, embroidery floss, etc.); yarns for trim; knitting needles (especially circular and double pointed in size 6 and smaller); crochet hooks; tapestry needle; sewing machine (with extra bobbins, machine needles, tool kit, and instruction book); heavy duty extension cord; tailor's ham (opt.); sleeve roll (opt.); iron (opt.) and serger (opt.).
