Crackle Weave has been around for almost 100 years! Come and find out why it enjoys popularity with so many weavers. Dress your loom before class. . Class will include historical treadlings, and newer alternatives and polychromes. If you enjoy color and structure, Crackle Weave is for you.


Supplies: Warp a FL loom prior to class, or bring a loom which has been warped. Threading drafts will be emailed to students a month before class. Use 10/2 or 8/2 or 5/2 cotton Also bring scissors, at least 3 shuttles, bobbins, note taking supplies, and anything else you need for a weaving class. You will need to bring more of what you used for the warp, along with other yarns in colors to coordinate. These should be the same size as your warp, and a few a little heavier. Solid colors work best.
