A gamp is a grid with different colors in the warp and the same colors in the weft. You will get "pure" colors on a diagonal in the grid, but the exciting squares are the areas of the gamp where one color in the warp combines with another in the weft with surprising and intriguing results. What if you use different 8 shaft twills paired with the color stripes for a color and twill gamp? Any of those squares in your gamp could be the foundation of a whole new project. Yarns provided. May require independent work between classes.
