Design and weave a rag rug! Day 1: Discussion on warp/weft color interactions and weft selection/preparation options, plus you'll design your rug. Fabric is available to use, or you may wish to acquire your own after Monday's class. Day 2: Instructor is available as you dress your loom or cut weft fabric; these prep tasks must be finished before Friday. Day 3: Tips are provided as you spend the day weaving your functional piece of art. Fabric and a small selection of warp colors is included in the materials fee. Prerequisite: Beginning Weaving or have dressed a floor loom once.


Supplies: Colored pencils and note taking supplies. Fabric; type and quantity to be discussed on Day 1.
