Chainmaille is the art of weaving metal jump rings in pattern. This class will focus on the Barrel Weave pattern. Students will be weaving with bright aluminum and anodized aluminum rings. Several color options will be available for students to create their own designs. We will be working with small rings so bring your magnifiers. Prior chainmaille experience is recommended.


Supplies: Bring chainmaille pliers, preferably coated so they do not mar the metal. If you do not have pliers, Fine Line has some available for students to borrow. Bring magnifiers. Jump rings for weaving will be provided.
