Create a beautiful art quilt using the finest of fabrics, silk. You’ll learn what types of silk fabrics to use and how to add fusible web to a hand-painted silk sky fabric. The remainder of your improvised landscape design is made with a kit of pre-fused silk fabric scraps. After steam setting the small quilt top to wool batting, hand-embroidery stitches decorate the quilt and bring it to life. Overcome your silkaphobia and discover the joy of working with silk fabrics.
