INTRO TO COLOR THEORY WITH ACRYLICS

This one-day beginner’s course is for anyone curious about color theory and acrylic paint color mixing techniques. Students will do color mixing experiments on paper and complete a final painting assignment with techniques learned in class to ensure their understanding of vibrant color harmony for cohesive, unified paintings. Learn split primary pallet techniques, undertone collaborations, when to use warm vs cool colors, and how to avoid common mistakes when mixing colors. Students will also receive a color mixing guide to take home. Master color mixing and bring vibrant life to any painting.
