A full hour of stress-reducing sound meditation
Join the Art Harder Collective on a mini vacation for your nervous system. Practice meditating to a soundscape painted by three expert musicians. Two sessions are available: session one lasts 30 minutes, followed by a 15-minute interval before session two begins. Session two will last 1 hour. Come for one or both.
