EXPLORATIONS IN BLOCK PRINTING

A multi week exploration on relief printing, a versatile method of creating art prints on paper. The class will begin with the basics of carving tool usage and safety and progress into developing an idea from thumbnail to final drawing which will then be carved into to a plate for inking and printing.
