WING IT EARRINGS

I've designed the "Wing it " earrings to introduce the concept of balance and movement in jewelry. Learn to think about jewelry as a 3d sculptural moving form. Hand fabricating techniques are employed. Hone your existing fabricating skills or be introduced to these techniques. We will be using hand tools, including a jewelers saw, disc cutter, shears, flex shaft, polishing machine and a little torch work. Precision measuring and drilling takes patience, to create the correct balance for this bird to take flight !


Supplies: If you need magnification, please bring a visor type magnifier. You can email me for recommendations. Long hair will need to be tied back for torch and polishing work.
