In this class, students will learn to knit different fabrics, or stitch patterns, on a knitting machine. The stitch patterns include textured and multi-color fabrics. Characteristics and applications for the stitch patterns will be discussed. This class is for students with some machine knitting experience, including casting on, knitting stockinette stitch and binding off.
Supplies: Yarns for making swatches, about 200 grams. You will need 2 colors of your chosen yarn. Yarns need to be fingering through worsted weight, wool or acrylic. Paper, pencil, scissors.
